That's inhumane to tie a bear up like that. He deserved it.

I don't think the person was taunting the bear. I think they were trying to make it stand up but the chain hindered it from doing so and it grabbed the person to get whatever they were holding.

I mean obviously they were in an area where there are lot of people surrounding the area so would you rather a wild bear walk around free? Oh and about the beating the bear with a stick would want the bear to end up killing the man and the having animal control or whatever come and kill the bear? It was just a stick a branch at that. I've seen PEOPLE get beaten with worse.

Look, the bear barely even hurt the person. If the bear wanted to hurt him, there would be blood everywhere almost instantly. It just wanted the food.
