♥19 Yr Old Egyptian Girl, Aisha Mustafa, Invents New Quantum (Fuel-less) Space Propulsion System♥ Aisha's new system exploits the quirky laws of quantum physics which state that in spite of appearances, space really is not vacuum but that it is a seething cauldron of fundamental particle interactions involving creation and destruction of "virtual particles."
Oh dear- than me changing my socks is more valid. Score one for me! **And I just googled- it looks like it's legit. Darn it: http://digitaljournal.com/article/325785
Digitaljournal is not a credible source for publishing scientific papers. There's little to no responsable peer review taking place there.
That's not how science works.
I read the forum post you just linked to, which said "I do not consider The Daily Mail to be a reputable source. Googling Aisha Mustafa Space Drive brings up many hits, but none from reputable sources: fastcompany.com, inhabitat.com, digitaljournal.com."
What is considered a reputable source, are those examples of where not to look? Because I see dozens of others when I Google- I misunderstood and thought they meant Digitaljournal was a source that was missing, so I picked and posted that one.
Lol, the skeptic board user said they they thought it was fake because of the lack of sources- I linked an article from the digital journal. Look for yourself, and then go take a gander in the dictionary- gullible isn't even considered a real word anymore after last year. It's not even in the updated versions of Webster: http://digitaljournal.com/article/325785
This is a hoax. i mean the picture isnt the right one, that girl is the fashion designer with the same name. she cant even pursue that line of study in Egypt, she has NO patent (research it) and the Casimir Effect... its an already published paper from 2004.. go hear and see this pretty girl, maybe she will make you a dress using quantum mechanics.. http://www.pink255.com/it-girl-ayesha-mustafa-part-2/
A few people have chased this one down and can't find any legitimate information on it. It is most likely a hoax.
