The whole point of this is to say she and JB are already big and don't need YouTube. Small entertainment groups need it more. (I.e. Small music groups, Pewdiepie, Smosh, and other gamers, etc.)

I don't think he was shaming Katy Perry on her talent he is just saying thAt YouTube should award people who aren't mainstream because mainstream is what gets all the credit

This isn't going to be popular but I don't like him at all. Not just based on this, but some of his previous behavior too, whether or not I agree with his sentiment, I don't think he is a classy person at all. He has attacked other artist's in the past for no reason whatsoever, and I don't think he has the talent to go around doing that. Even if he did it isn't the right thing to do. You can express yourself with being vulgar and sounding like a fool.
