No, it isn't. As we pointed out last time this was posted, the picture is of a regular body scanner that is already in use in airports.

Do you really think that an American airport would have a machine that explodes people right out in the open? Those walls are see-through. (I'm not trying to be mean about it. I'm just pointing out a couple of things that may help you to think critically next time you hear about something similar.)

This could never happen (at least not in America and probably other countries) because 1. Everyone has a UDHR right to a fair trial, and 2. It would be so easy for someone to plant their explosives on another person and kill them without too much evidence, and 3. Many types of explosives have different trigger systems so it would be very hard to detonate all at once.
