I don't get what's happening here? Why is there a sand path in the sand that's made out of a different kind of sand?

The path is actually in a sidewalk, the person must've gone over it while the cement was still wet, and gotten their bike stuck.

Yes, someone did not realize the concrete was wet. I loved that they walked through it too, just as an extra f!#k they did not give lol
