Really? I think he sounds deeper. And more melodic. Its not much of a difference just very subtle. I don't know to me he sounds different from bat country, the beast and the harlot, and that song he did with good Charlotte

I agree on the melodic part, but you know, it's a relaxed song. If you compare it to Dear god (the most similar song I can remember now) or some parts of And all things will end it is like that.
It may sound different to bat country or the beast and the harlot because they are more "powerfull" songs and he tends to raise his voice (or scream), and he do some dual voice with Synyster.
But you know, maybe you've noticed something I'm not currently aware of.
Love this :) so sick of people judging me for listening to rock/metal, because really, its this music that got me through a really hard time... And the singer and guitarist are just plain gorgeous
Pebble, he does sound diff. When he sings in harder songs his voice is raspy. Kinda like slipknot. Vermilion is an amazing song and he sounds totally diff than their harder stuff.
Showing a shitty band like avenged sevenfold does rock absolutely no good. Listen to the deftones, or middle class rut, or fucking starset if you want some good rock music.

Oh well, I had to say it, but I'm out, don't want to fight right now. :)
