Lol, they have a scent gland in their head, they mark you and other things they like :-)

The scent glands mark you as their property while also communicating sexual circumstances. But basically that you belong to them. They're marking you as their 'prison bitch' if you will. :)

At first I thought they were talking about belly buttons because, you know, naval/el.
