Well the short answer is...no.
Plus the Berlin Wall had an entirely different purpose than the Great Wall of China.

Alright. I guess, in that sense, there were walls made on every continent, but nothing that was quite like the Great Wall of China. It spans the entire northern boarder of what was the Han Chinese empire. Pretty crazy stuff.
