The reason by it was taken out is because some of the art work is dangerously close to the Super Mario Bros.'s pipes from Nintendo. Nintendo asked kindly to take Flappy Birds off without a warning or anything beyond that.

I thought the developer didnt want all the attention he was getting so he took it down.

I heard he committed suicide too because he was losing lots of money and his "simple life" was ruined. Idk if it's true.

No actually he was gaining like 70,000 a day from that app. I think it's because of too much publicity or something.

As of now the evillest thing someone can do is delete flappy bird from someones phone/ipod/ipad
