the six colors, including the flag’s white background, combined reproduce the colors of all the nations.
They don't correspond with a particular continent.

He means that all 6 colors (blue yellow black green red white) every nations flag has at least 1 of these colors.
for example, the austrailian flag has blue, white and red, while asia's flag has orange, white and green.
