(Well, countrymen is right - I was kind of including FMG as well as you, and a generic plural of people is 'men'... ;)!) Why, thank you! Scone?

I could get pretend I'm a total feminist and get all uppity, but I won't :) because I like scones, as long as it comes with cream! : p

Like a stove top or an electric one? I've heard the electric ones called something else before
2
lykashii
Electric ones, still called a kettle though
bumblebee22

lykashii

I had a roommate from the Republic of Ireland that said the stove top one wasn't a kettle
lykashii
Oh well I don't have one of those, they're a bit outdated. I don't know what that'd be called either
bumblebee22

I let her say what she wanted cuz she was hot and I love the accent

lykashii

I'm half Irish and I don't have the accent, I'll never forgive my dad for that :P

So they put cold water and a tea bag together and then microwave? But then the cold has infected the tea!
lykashii
I think they heat the water then put the tea bag in?
1
bumblebee22
Nah we heat just the water then pour it into a mug with the tea in it
