Almost all babies are born with blue eyes, but the colour often changes quite soon. Mine went brown after after 3 weeks.

This baby isn't wearing makeup. My kiddo is gorgeous and sometimes it looks like she is wearing make up but it's just a fresh baby face. Babies don't hold still long enough to apply eye makeup! Just try cutting their nails.
