This is actually really accurate if you apply the entire phrase to sexuality:

I have just started to watch the episodes- I have been jerking around on the order though because my work schedule is so far off of everyone I watch with- but I am excited to see more!
It's trying to say that sexuality isn't something that can be defined by two words, or even three if you include bi-sexuality, because people change etc. And they are likening it to a Doctor Who episode when he is trying to describe Time Travel: Most people consider it linear (Most people consider you're either gay or straight) but actually it's more a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff (your preferences can change over time from liking men or women or both.)
