When I had social anxiety I didn't go outside my house for like six months. Even the thought about going out would leave me in tears. Luckily I recovered. If you are struggling just keep going, it will always get better.

That's so sad because you're probably an awesome person to be around! If this picture is true it sounds like most people with social anxiety would be great to be around

i was at the store yesterday and one of the store clerks was trying to help me and i got so scared, i started getting red and sweaty and i mumble thanks and slowly backed away

Mine got so bad I couldn't leave my ROOM for WEEKS, my parents had to put a mini-fridge in there, luckily I had the room with a conjoined bathroom...don't know who I would have worked it out otherwise.
