Seriously though, does anyone have any good workout regimes/fitness tips that do help for a flatter stomach? I'm thinking I should start one (not that I'm looking for results by tomorrow!).
I know you've probably heard of this, but 8 glasses of water a day! It clears up your skin, too. I always have to pee when I do that but ayee it works(:
