we owe the I.M.F. I've always wondered who the eff they are? who the eff started them? who the eff regulates them?

I think it means of all the countries in the world owing eachother it adds up to forty trillion dollars, but I'm not really sure.

We do owe a lot to Jupiter... you know, protecting us from space debris and all. Maybe it's free of charge :D
