You mean there are places where they are given for free!? Anyhow, yeah, at least mine makes us pay for the littlest of the things... Though, some professors give some away because the budget of the department makes it happen.

Well maybe they don't understand what's been happening recently in the government. They got shut down just over not being able to pass a budget. I would go into further detail about the budget system and school but I'm sure you're aware.

The University of Central Florida has these. They also sell scantrons, in case people forgot to bring one for a test.
