I think that they didn't know about hetalia at the time that they drew this because obviously that isn't the Den we all know and love. And that isn't the Sweden we know. And Norway isn't.

Welcome, that ship is called DenNor. Sweden and Finland is called SuFin. Iceland is Norway's little brother and is typically shipped with one of the Asian countries (can't remember which) [edit: it's not a country, it's Hong Kong. My bad!]
