These are completely different. Daydreaming is just not paying attention cause you don't care, or are lost in thought. ADD and ADHD are actual disorders, where you literally can not keep focus for long

Yes true, but I think it's being a little overdiagnosed lately. Yes there are kids who truly have it and others who just don't do their work and are then diagnosed with it.

Cut out this "ADHD doesn't exist" shit. I've struggled greatly my whole life and statements like this is why I never got the help I needed because everyone thought I was just lazy or stupid.

The ones who needs the diagnoses doesn't get it, and the people who doesn't actually have it get the diagnose. :(
