When my mom isn't home and I have to cook my own food

I don't cook because there is the likely outcome that I would accidentally poison somebody

Once my dad said I had to make my own food and there was ONE thing I knew how to cook and so I put in the microwave and when I take it out it is so hot that I dropped and it spilled EVERYWHERE. I starting crying so hard because I thought I was going to starve to death then my dad walked in then an I freaked out and then he said calm down and explain so I did and then made me a sandwich.
