Wiliaso, no one said gay people won't do this. All they are saying is the argument that gays will destroy the sanctity of marriage is bullshit because there is little left to destroy after what some people have done to it already. So therefore that argument doesn't really mean shit

I agree. These posts don't leave any room for middle ground, when in reality most people live there. It's not hypocritical to be opposed to gay marriage just because there are a lot of other things that are destroying the family. All those things are terrible and need to be fixed. But just because gay marriage isn't as bad doesn't mean it's automatically good.

What about Uganda that recently passed a law stating that people can be put TO DEATH for being gay - DEATH. They will literally give you the freaking death penalty. It's not just the Russia. People need to progress into the 21st century.

Hey, if you're going to qoute or use the bible do it right. Laws in Leviticus no longer apply unless stated again in the New testament. If you wanna argue homosexuality I suggest 1 Timothy ch. 1. Still, this is America. Americans preach freedom yet say no to different freedoms. Stand by your word America, this is why you're the broke big brother of the world.

I remember when gay marriage first started being an issue. It wasn't because of love or fairness or any of that. Gays wanted their unions to be recognized as marriages for tax and inheritance reasons. This is why the Government refuses to recognize it, because it would cost them money. So sorry kids, there are no noble reasons to be waging this war. It's all being fought for the mighty dollar bill.
