I swear to god, most Nintendo villains I like.... Not him.... I wanted to see him burn in hell.... And the worst part is he's nice in the new game, but I can't like him because I remember what he did to me in the other game
Actually Resetti scared me shitless as a kid and once I didn't play animal crossing for a whole month because my sister accidentally unplugged the GameCube while I was playing and I didn't want to see Resetti's "angry hat"
I dunno..... Money bags is pretty bad.... Especially when you really need that last god damn dragon egg and surprise you can't go through half of the level with out paying 2000 gems which you don't have....

he's actually pretty nice in New Leaf so you wouldn't know his sociopathic side if you played that version
in the old version, he:
1) gives you a crappy house at the beginning
2) crushes you with repetitive, horrifying debt
3) forces you to work in his shop
4) buys your items for a fraction of the price they're worth
And then Nintendo realized how awful that is so they made him overly nice in the new game so the next generation of gamers would never know the pain....
