Last I checked lesbians can still have children via sperm donor, and gay men can adopt. Seriously though, there are women and men born infertile, and in some cases (usually with men) their parents have them make infertile at birth, so are their parents just going to hate them because they can't have kids then?! This is why I've always found that to be a stupid argument against gay marriage

Pretty much the only even slightly legitimate argument against gay marriage is that if they get a kid, and the kid wants advice for dating, they won't be able to go to their mom/dad (whichever gay or lesbian couple it may be) because he doesn't have one. And that's just being nitpicky
My dad is always saying it robs them of a "fatherly figure". WHAT? So two dads aren't a fatherly figure? Sure I get it with two mom but uncles grandads family friends Rhabis preachers priest teachers…
I hate ^ that argument too. What about single parent families where either the mother or father has died? If your argument against is because of the lack of maternal/paternal role then you should also be against single parents.
I'm not, one mum one dad, single parents, 2 mums or 2 dads whatever, it's the morals that you raise your kids with that help create the human being they will be. I'd rather have 2 mums who love me than be a child raised in a house full of hate.
That "fatherly figure" argument is quite a pitiful one...sense when did sexual preference determine your personality? Just because a man is gay means he must love rainbows and butterflies and Madonna music? I think those kind of people would be quite surprised to find out that their buddy next door, who also enjoys sports, fixing cars , hunting aand riding dirt bikes is in fact gay.
Can i just say something that's been bugging me for a while: People should really stop caring, really if a person is against it let him keep it to himself and if a person is with, dido. People don't get the fact that stuff becomes allot more peaceful when we just stop being so crazy about having to have OUR way. People should respect that some religions don't agree with the concept of being gay and religions should accept that some people just don't care!
The problem is that those who are against keep rights away from and oppress us. Are we to respect the opinion of those Evangelists who go to Africa and spread their hate, resulting in LGBTQ+ people being imprisoned and killed? How about those who say that police officers and firefighters should have the right to ignore us when we need them because they "don't agree with our lifestyle"? If enough people have these "opinions", then their "opinions" will be acted upon and will have dire consequences.
I never said that people shouldnt do they're jobs. Im just saying that a person who doesnt agree with something shouldnt go nuts that he doesnt get his way. This shouldnt dictate the way people treat you as well. Im jewish and yes according to jewish law being gay is a sin (not saying i agree) but i still no plenty of jews who own businesses and they treat every costumer just the same. This is because they dont care to live in a society with change as long as it doesnt kill their lifestyle.
I for one don't want to bring any children to this world. They're bound by law to a fuckload of responsibilities even before they're born. I wouldn't wish anyone to be born into the mess we have right now. Am I a thief?
Also, by the same "logic", any man who faps is a mass murderer.
Well considering she's saying that 'all moms want love for their kids' it's not exactly a stretch of the truth. There's always one prick like you to find the negative in things like this.

I didn't give my opinion, I stated an observation.
