There's actually a really cool story behind this. I don't know all the details but the judges were white racists (it was set it that time) and she didn't win for this but this was sorta passive agressive because there were some rules set in place and she did this to get back at them while still obeying the rule. I wish I knew more or even the womans name but thats all I know.
