Actually the polar vortexes hit mn worse. Its warmer in Winnipeg than in st. Cloud.

Yeah... In Winnepeg. Not every Canadian happens to live in Winnepeg.... I live in Edmonton and it snowed today, -20 C and with wind chill -25 C
