How to survive a fall

I've had a lot of these on my wrist, you learn a few tricks when you've been in the hospital as much as me.

Ok firstly I've got the wrong equipment to be chuck. Secondly they tear like normal paper if you find the weak point (exact opposite point of the fastener)
