The Place To Be At 11:11 11/11....

the sun isn't in the same position everyday, during winter it's closer to the horizon, and summer it's higher. however, as it takes 365.25 days around the sun each year, hence the leap year, and this is slowly changing, it's not always going to be be at 11:11am
