This one has stumped me. Either this story is spoofing those "a waiter/waitress was hitting on my boyfriend/girlfriend" stories on NotAlwaysWorking and the "too many things wrong with it" are all the spelling and grammar mistakes, or it's a true story and the "too many things wrong with it" are the ages of the boyfriend and girlfriend and the behavior of the waitress. I can't tell.

If they were/are having sex, then no, its illegal regardless...if they're just dating, I don't believe there's any laws against that...but it'd still be weird
