There are a lot of reasons reply to me if I have to give them to you.

Hmm I don't know about installing them on cars but I'm fairly certain it is actually legal to own one in the U.S. as well.

But you guys have a lot of things that are legal there, flamethrowers are very illegal, remember we live on a volitile continent and there are a lot of racist people who HATE eachother.

But the current racist government might just legalize everything.....
