Pothole in Japan

I think its because Japan makes a lot of pixelated video games and, like in mario, you can jump into portholes and pipes. Just a theory

It's because hardcore porn in Japan is illegal so they pixelate/blur the naughty bits to make it legal. But simulated sex (tentacles and the like) is legal. Weird, right? Anyway, there's a hole in the picture, so it's being censored.
