But that girl looks skinny enough to be really sick... Guys don't like sick looking girls they like healthy looking girls. Nothing has changed except the fact that back then being very thin was more common than being overweight, whereas today it is the other way around

People can be like " Oh yeah go curvy girls" and "oh yeah go skinny girls" but why does it really matter? As long as you aren't obese or anorexic, it's fine you are beautiful.
