Actually they're not married but are in a relationship and have been for quite sometime and they have a few children (3 I think lol).

No they're married but they choose to live in separate houses (weird relationship, but yes they're married).

Technically they're not. If you search for Helena Bonham Carter, Tim Burton is listed as "partner"; not spouse. They live in the same house (I think technically its the same house lol) but it's very large and they each have their own seperate wing.
