Grindelwald is exactly what I imagine Dorian Gray from The picture of Dorian Gray to look like. Seriously it's an exact embodiment of the Dorian in my imagination. He's also really cute as you already said.

Peeves was in the book as well. Kind of ticks me off that he was never put in the movies

My thoughts exactly.

I wish they put Peeves in the movies. Peeves would have provided some comic relief, not that there wasn't any of that anyways.

Also, another fact I found out, the snake that Harry talked to in the 1st movie was in fact Nagini.

I thought that might be true when I reread the books but I wasn't sure if I was right

I thought so for a while to but it was disproved

I googled it and some people say it is, some say it isn't. So there's not really any right answer at the moment because I haven't found any evidence that JK Rowling said so.

I remember something in the books about McGonagall having a history with Quidditch, but I don't remember exactly what it was. I do know that, outside of the books, it has been confirmed that she did play Quidditch. However, the name on the Cup isn't hers because she wouldn't have been a student (unless she was held back several years). It could have been a relative, though.

Yeah it even says that Minerva McGonagall was in the same year as Voldemort. Considering Voldemort is much older than James, it can't be her. But does anyone know if McGonagall has a child that would have been in school the same time as James Potter? Or simply could be a younger relative?

Voldemort died at the age of 71, and McGonagall is widowed it is not known if she had children. http://harrypotter.wikia.com if you want to know more about harry potter go there
