No, it's spelled "reciclabe" it's missing the second "l" that's what's wrong with the word. Unless it was meant to go as "reciclaje" then it'd be the "b" that is in the wrong place. As far as I am aware, that word, reciclabe, doesn't exist in the Spanish language, and according to RAE (Real Academia Española), it's not registered as a word either. I checked, in all the dictionaries available there, it won't show up.
