That awkward moment when you still, no matter how many times people say this, don't see Shang showing any romantic attraction to Mulan until the end of the movie. Seriously, can someone explain to me where it is?

How was he gay for half the movie? He didn't show any attraction for mulan when she was pretending to be male. He simply showed grattitude for her saving his life, and for the rest of the beginning, he treated her like the average soldier.

He wasn't gay. It was a bromance.

What's wrong with the world?! Everyone seems to make any non-romantic affection gay and/or sex-related.

Maybe it's Friendship or Romance, but sometimes, it doesn't matter, and you only know that you would always have their back, and you'll be there for them, and that nothing in the world could keep you appart. You might not know what it is exactly, but you know there is something, incredibly strong, and that you love that person, one way or another.
