You guys! I know why this happens! This person had a toddler and since sims go into buildings one at a time and also usually the adults do those type of things, the game had to stretch the limbs to mimic an adult so he could walk into either the car or building.

You cannot send your toddlers to boarding school. Children-teens and if you have any pose packs not for toddlers they will look like this
