Actually it's EXTREMELY rare.

Rare enough that most people can go their entire lives without ever seeing one. I've only seen a picture of one that was for sale for a couple thousand dollars.

But if its a possibility, however rare it may be, then its not really a flaw is it?

Its getting a dub at some point. Sentai released their Summer release calendar a few months ago and it listed Problem Children as shipping with English and Japanese audio. Also you can go read the LNs while you cry over a lack of new seasons.
