I can't even put eyeliner on without screwing something up and she can do that^^^!!!!

Her chin looks like an arse but hey, the whole look is awesome, and creepy as f.

It's not really make-up, it's a carefully applied silicone mask. You can buy one online and just need spirit glue and a steady hand to put it on.
