I just did the math on this the other night.
A 13 charecter password comprised of upper & lower case, numbers and special characters... simply put is 94^13. (94 to the thirteenth power.)
Assuming a brute force attack with one attempt per second, it could take 1.4x10^18 years to crack it. That's longer than the expected life of the Universe. The Universe would end due to heat death before you cracked it.

Even if you could parse one billion attempts per second with a super computer... it would still take 1.4 billion years.
