I get my leg up and hook it through the door handle and then pull, or if there's paper towels I grab one, wrap it around the door handle and open it with that, then chuck it behind the door :3

Public bathrooms need automatic doors

There are these foot pull thingies that some restrooms use. It's just a piece of metal at the bottom of the door, you put your foot under it and pull the door open with your toes. Good stuff.
