Oh yeah, you *totally* fixed WW2 - but you only decided to get involved after you started being negatively affected by it and only after making sure you'd be on the 'winning' side.
Well, we did want to stay out of it initially until Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. We declared war on Japan and then 3 days later Germany declared war on us. You have no idea what you're talking about when you say that we chose the 'winning' side.. We were forced into the war and chose the side against who attacked us.
Being forced into the war and joining the war when it affected us falls into the same line. Pearl Harbor being bombed (forced our hand) Pearl Harbor being bombed (Joined the war because it affected us). So I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
And also nobody knew that Hitler was doing what he was doing, if you read up on your history, the concentration camps would put on little shows and things to cover up the bad things

I have read up on my history, and yours is an incredibly shallow summation of how concentration camps were viewed on an international scale; other countries were aware of their true nature (note the Allies' efforts to stop them). Also, at the time that concentration camps came into full effect, the war was already begun - by which stage everyone was aware of what Hitler was doing (if perhaps not in minute detail).
