For the second one, I would compete and hopefully win after 8 years of training then donate the marrow.

Bone marrow transplant is only done in cases of life or death, i.e. you need to get it or you will die. Also, it's not guaranteed you will survive after receiving the transplant, but the sooner you get it, the much higher your chances of living are.

There is a wheelchair swing at my local park, you need a key given by the council to use it.
