I don't think I believe the one about having seen everyone in your dreams in real life first, so I am going to jump on Google after work and see what I can find on that. Feel free to double check any of the others!
That's interesting, I have people I don't recognise all the time. But I am also a counselor- I see dozens and dozens of people a day. That's odd to think your brain stores them all
It's got something to do with picturing faces etc, a bit like that scene in inception where They are walking down the street and he is showing her how to architect a dream. All of the faces are people you have seen somewhere, could be someone you've met, could be on TV, could be in the newspaper etc.

Because some faces you see on your dreams don't have to be excatly as other person's face, but a combination of them: The eyes of that person, the mouth of other...
The thing is that your brain can't generate something it haven't seen before :)
It's not true, my grandma is 82 and still has very vivid dreams. My other grandma died at 97 and still dreamed of peoples faces clearly. So clearly that she sometimes was confused when she woke up.

aight guys, dont mind me, im just gonna make a whole army the size of dallas
The indestructible hair one is completely false. There are all kinds of bactria, microbes and insects that will gladly eat your hair. The sun will also break it down to nothing, along with wind and water. If you buried a handful of hair in a active compost pile, it will vanish in one year, if buried in the ground, it would take an average of seven years. There is nothing living on this earth, and that includes people, that won't be completely broken down in a short amount of time. When you see mummies and such, it's only because the bodies were protected from decomposition somehow and are the exception to the rule, but stick them back into the ground and they too will disappear. This isn't the only thing false with this list, but I'll let you figure the rest out.
They weren't talking of actual repopulation. They were talking about the amount of sperm in men. What you were supposed to get from the post was "In a total of six months a dude has had ~7billion spermies made."
The one about having a completely different body than you did 7 years ago is false unless you're over 100 years old. Brain cells last for about 100 years, therefore, unless you're 100, you cannot possibly have a COMPLETELY different body than you did 7 years ago.

I think they failed to take into account the gestation period for people
