In the fourth pic he's like 'oh my lovely new masters have removed the layer of filth! I can now smile!!'

I know I found a dog like this in the like middle of spring and he didn't have a leash and I set up flyers and nobody claimed him soo I got to keep him and he was like this in the first pic and I shaved him and he was skinny like really skinny and was sick I took him to the vet he's ok now I've had him for like 1 year now

THIS IS HORRIBLE

That puppy is the cutest little thing ever! How could someone do that to that poor baby?
