Overly manly man, british soldier edition

As a Brit I always feel a little strange saying 'badass' - pronouncing it 'bad arse' makes it sound harsher than intended, but saying it Americanised sounds silly.

My dear lord jolly chap. It's your spiffing decision on how you want to pronounce it!
Just saying badass the American way sounds more...... badass!
