I guess a coincidence. I read animal farm but I don't remember that line being in the book. Although it has been almost 2 years since I read it.

Hospital cats? My dad is extremely allergic to cats, but if I were in the hospital for any length of time I'd want to be at a hospital with cats roaming; daddy-o could wear a surgical mask or biohazard suit or something. Therapy cats ahoy!
