No plants try to adapt to get animals to eat them because after they eat them they will poop them and their seeds out and spread the plant

No plant wants to be eaten... they are asexual so they constantly reproduce with themselves and let off seeds in the air so that they settle somewhere and grow, they don't need to be eaten
