I think you might be right... Neuschwanstein Castle is usually photographed from the air... I don't know it from this angle.

There is a resemblance is there though. For the movies, they filmed at Alnwick Castle, but I think that they got some inspiration from Neusch. Castle for the FX that were composited in.
