Spiderman - it's a lil' Peter Parker walking along holding the hand of the ghost of his dead Uncle Ben (and a camera in the other hand as he's a photographer).

uncle ben was alive when he was growing up so most likely it was peter's dad who was holding his hand...

But then, surely he'd be holding his mum's hand, too? No, I'm pretty sure it's Uncle Ben, given he was such a moral guide for Peter.
