Yes, but I mean language in an cultural sense. Like how bald eagles are Americanese for freedom. Americans don't ever replace the word freedom with bald eagle in sentences, but when we see one, we (Americans) all know what it stands for. If we did use it as a written synonym, it would be an Americanism. I hope this clarifies what I meant by Iranese being correctly used.

Actually an English version of it is Koran so they are both correct
